8. Dispute Mediation & Governing Jurisdiction

All shopping-related disputes shall first undergo friendly mediation via our dedicated customer support channel. If mutual agreement cannot be reached through negotiation, unresolved conflicts shall be resolved in compliance with the consumer protection laws applicable to the order’s delivery destination nation.
