1. Order Processing & Packing Timeline

All fully paid orders will enter warehouse sorting, packaging and dispatch workflows within 3–5 working days. Saturdays, Sundays and national statutory public holidays are excluded from working day calculations and will not trigger order processing. Pre-order merchandise will display independent manufacturing and shipment timelines on each respective product listing page.

2. Estimated Transit Durations By Geographic Region

Standard international shipping transit windows calculated from the date goods depart our warehouse facility:
  • Continental United States: 10–17 business days
  • United Kingdom, Canada, Australia: 11–21 business days
  • All European Union member territories: 13–26 business days

    All stated delivery windows serve as estimated reference benchmarks. Delays may arise from customs inspection backlogs, regional courier capacity shortages or severe natural weather events, which fall outside our direct operational control scope.

3. Delivery Fee Calculation & Complimentary Shipping Criteria

Cross-border delivery charges auto-generate at checkout based on package gross weight, overall dimensional measurements and receiving geographic territory. Complimentary free shipping benefits exclusively apply to orders meeting the clear minimum spending threshold marked on homepage banners and product page promotional labels. No hidden delivery surcharges will be billed after payment completion.

4. Import Tariffs, Customs Duties & Local Tax Responsibility

All import tariffs, customs clearance administrative fees and destination-country sales taxes incurred upon package arrival are the sole financial responsibility of the purchasing customer. We will truthfully declare commodity value and product category classification in full compliance with international cross-border logistics regulations and cannot absorb any customs-related expenses on behalf of buyers.

5. Real-Time Parcel Tracking Function

Once merchandise departs our warehouse, a unique parcel tracking identification number and direct logistics query hyperlink will be sent to your registered email inbox. You may monitor end-to-end transportation progress at any time via the provided link. If tracking data displays zero movement updates for 9 consecutive days or longer, submit a formal support ticket to our service team for logistics trace investigation.

6. Undeliverable, Refused & Returned Parcel Handling

Parcels rerouted back to our warehouse due to recipient delivery refusal, expired local courier pickup windows or invalid delivery addresses will incur return logistics fees fully payable by the buyer. Should you request secondary reshipment after package return, all new outbound delivery charges must be pre-paid by the customer. If you submit a full merchandise refund application after goods are returned to our facility, the original initial delivery fees paid at checkout will not be reimbursed.

7. Shipping Exclusion Territories & Address Restrictions

We do not provide delivery services to postal PO boxes, military restricted zones, internationally sanctioned territories and regions limited by global cross-border trade accords. Licensed logistics carriers may suspend delivery services to high-risk flagged addresses, and we reserve unilateral authority to cancel such pending shipments.
